I'm Amy Meissner, and I've been trading options full-time since 2006.
I'm not from Wall Street. I don't have a finance background. I'm a retail trader who built a six-figure trading income using market-neutral, rules-based strategies — the same ones I teach.
My approach isn't based on predicting where the market will go next. I trade based on structure, rules, probabilities, and defined risk — with a complete management plan for when the market doesn't cooperate.
Every strategy I teach, I trade. Every rule I give you, I follow. No exceptions.
I've been teaching since 2011. My strategies have been traded through bull markets, bear markets, and everything in between — and they've held up. Not because I'm lucky. Because they were designed to.
