Repeatable Processes
The core strategies are designed around a consistent cadence and complete rules—not around waiting for one perfect setup or environment.
Every current AM Options strategy
Five distinct strategy approaches taught through six complete courses. A14, TimeEdge, TimeZone, and AIC-22 are designed for repeatable deployment through varied markets; HV7 is the one selective volatility strategy. Own the library to broaden structures, cadences, capital choices, and options knowledge—not to chase a different strategy every time markets move.
What every core strategy shares
A14, TimeEdge, TimeZone, and AIC-22 are each designed to be used on their weekly or monthly cadence across varied market conditions. HV7 is the deliberate exception: a specialized strategy used only when its high-volatility signal qualifies.
The core strategies are designed around a consistent cadence and complete rules—not around waiting for one perfect setup or environment.
The plan defines how to respond as price and volatility change inside the trade. A market shift is not automatically a reason to abandon the strategy.
The library adds different structures, Greeks, capital profiles, cadences, and management techniques that can deepen your overall options knowledge.
Everything Amy currently teaches
Open each course to compare its purpose, structure, timeframe, management style, and historical performance context without leaving this page.
Amy's flagship weekly strategy course. A14 Core teaches the starting structure and the complete rules for entry, capital, management, risk, and exit.
A14 figures combine the published live-development period and current reported strategy statistics. Results vary and are not guaranteed.
A14 Advanced is not a separate replacement strategy. It expands the A14 framework with additional structures, management techniques, and examples for traders who want a deeper understanding of how the position can be handled.
A14 Advanced expands the A14 strategy; it does not have a separate performance record from A14 Core.
TimeEdge is a simple, delta-neutral weekly time-spread approach designed to keep trade management clear and limited. It is intentionally different from A14.
Published TimeEdge figures are based on manual historical testing with specified trade size, commissions, and methodology. They are not a forecast.
TimeZone uses a two-part entry and a more proactive calendar-and-diagonal management approach. It gives traders additional decision paths and a different volatility profile from both A14 and TimeEdge.
TimeZone results include different test periods and trading frequencies. See the individual page for methodology and assumptions.
AIC-22 adds a monthly, asymmetric iron condor to the library. It is designed around defined risk, capital efficiency, and a more defensive structure than a traditional symmetrical condor.
Manual historical testing includes the March 2020 COVID crash period. Past performance and simulated results are not guarantees.
HV7 is a specialized strategy used only when its elevated-volatility conditions appear. Once entered, the plan is designed to be managed without adjustments.
HV7 is the exception to the repeatable weekly/monthly cadence: it is traded only when its high-volatility signal qualifies.
Performance snapshots use different live and historical test periods, trade sizes, assumptions, and methodologies and are not directly comparable. They are context—not promises. See the individual strategy pages for complete methodology.
Different approaches. Complete strategies.
The core strategies share a repeatable, rules-based foundation. The differences are cadence, structure, volatility exposure, capital use, and management style—not a requirement to switch whenever the market changes.
| Strategy | Deployment | Primary Structure | Management Style | What It Adds to the Library |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| A14 | Repeatable weekly process | Broken-wing butterfly | Defined rules; advanced choices available | Butterfly design, weekly management, and capital-scaling concepts |
| TimeEdge | Repeatable weekly process | Time spread | Streamlined; maximum one adjustment | Short-duration time decay and disciplined simplicity |
| TimeZone | Weekly, with flexible frequency | Calendars and diagonals | More flexible and proactive | Positive vega, two-part entries, and broader decision paths |
| AIC-22 | Repeatable monthly process | Asymmetric iron condor | Longer-cycle defined plan | Monthly cadence, asymmetric defense, and a different capital profile |
| HV7 | Selective—only when its signal qualifies | High-volatility defined-risk setup | No adjustments after entry | A specialized event strategy that is intentionally not continuous |
Different structures may respond differently to the same price and volatility move, which can reduce dependence on one type of trade. No correlation or diversification benefit is guaranteed.
A library—not a market-timing menu
The point is not to switch strategies whenever the market changes. Each core strategy is designed to manage change within its own plan. The library gives you additional structures, cadences, capital profiles, and management ideas you can learn and use intentionally.
More knowledge and intentional choices—without turning every market change into another reason to start over.

Why learn from Amy?
I have been trading options full-time since 2006 and teaching rules-based options strategies since 2011.
I did not come from Wall Street. My earlier background in software development and project management shaped how I approach trading: define the objective, identify the risks, build the complete process, test it honestly, and make the rules repeatable.
I trade the strategies I teach, and I believe difficult trades and discretionary mistakes should be examined honestly - not hidden.
